We took a momentary pause, but we're back now. I took a quick break to live a little, relax and feel the love on Valentine's Day.
I hope you all had a fabulous Valentine's Day and were surrounded by love! In case I forgot to tell you, I love you like cooked food!
Coco Note: And that's a lot.
I wrote about the black fur coat I thrifted on Day 13, but I also snagged a great deal on another coat!
I got this berry-purple coat over the weekend for $20, and of course I couldn't wait to wear it. I love a bright color paired with a monochromatic outfit. I was going to go with a gray, knit sweater and gray jeans, but I decided on this two-piece matching set instead. The skirt set makes the look even more feminine, and I love that the long sleeves of the top peek out under the sleeves of the coat. The speckled gray knit also adds texture and dimension, to what otherwise might have been a boring monochromatic look!
Coco Note: How many times have I said texture and dimension or interest?! LOL!
