It's Jumpsuit Friday again! Jumpsuits, the one-stop-shop of outfits, are great for the weekend prep and taking your work look from day to night.
People always look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I shop at Rainbow- yes, THAT rainbow- but this is PROOF of the gems that you can find there. I truly believe every store has the potential to produce a few good (sometimes great) pieces, and this is one of them. Read More
Brunch is always a good idea, especially when it involves good food and a great view.
This #MDW, I attended the private friends + family brunch preview at the rooftop Leaf Bar in the Hyatt Place hotel in Flushing, Queens. I had the most amazing burger, and a great sangria. A little secret about this look? It's a repeat offender! Read More
Two words. One name. Carrie Bradshaw. This look is definitely inspired by SJP's onscreen character. Carrie has a way of making undeniable sexy and ghetto-fabulous pieces look expensive and sophisticated. Read More
Come through Mr. Sun, come through. How I've missed your love.
It's a calm 70 degrees out today, and I am taking full advantage. This breezy, lightweight shift dress was made for this weather. The silk-like material is perfect for warm days, and you can easily throw on a cardigan or sweater (I would do navy blue in this case). If you're not a fan of floral, try another plant print like trees or leaves. I predict plant and fruit prints to be huge this spring and summer (thanks, Beyonce!). Read More
This weekend I had the pleasure of attending another event hosted by Claire Sulmers of Fashion Bomb Daily, Cocktails with Claire; this time in collaboration with Miss Diddy. Think Fashions Night Out x Drinks x Food. Read More
All black and a pop of pastel, where have we seen this before? Yes, I know: Real original, Coco.
I'm a firm believer that one of the basic rules of thumb when it comes to slaying consistently is keeping it simple. I like working with a simple color palette or simple textures and finding ways to make them pop. Read More
Oh winter, why don't you just let it go?
@@This Spring is like going natural without doing the BC. No matter how far you've gone, you feel like you're always still transitioning.@@ Read More
I'm not sure if i'm trying to slay away the snow that's in the forecast for this weekend or what. I'm doing everything I can to bargain with Mother Nature, at this point.
This is one of my favorite dresses. It's extremely versatile, in that it can be worn in every season and for multiple occasions. It can be paired with flats, boots, heels or sandals. It came with a removable tan belt, so you can switch it out with another color, like the black and gold one I added. Read More
This 70+ degree weather has me literally jumping for joy.
Could it be the end of dry skin, eskimo gear and layering? I'm not sure what Mother Nature has up her sleeve for the next few weeks, but i'm enjoying what she's dishing out now. Including the fact that I don't need a jacket today.
Damn Delfine, Back at it Again with the White Chucks!
Yepp, I have a feeling these are going to get a lot of wear this season! Read More
t's Monday, and surprisingly, i'm still managing to be on Cloud 9 today.
When I feel like I need to seize the day, I tend to go for black. @@When I feel like I need to conquer the day, I go for black leather.@@ This black leather skirt is probably my favorite and most-worn thrift store find. It's also my oldest, from my very first thrifting experience! Read More
The only thing worse than a Monday is a staff meeting.
Nonetheless, we show up and WE show out. Staff meetings are the perfect time to pull out the work clothes you've been saving for a day you actually have to be dressed appropriately. You don't want to be the one in jeans, but you also don't want to show up in a full suit, looking like you tried way too hard. Read More
@@Mother Nature really threw us a bone today, y'all. It really feels like Fall out there.@@
Hence the outfit.
If you don't have one (or three) of these basic dresses in your closet, put your phone down, close your laptop, turn off your desktop and go get your life together. Right now. Read More
Blue is for you.
A crop top and a high-waist pant are always a great combination, regardless of the season. You can take a summer style and make it winter-appropriate just by changing the fabric and color/pattern. Read More

When they said beauty is pain, they really weren't lying.
I've been battling the worst toothache for the past few days and it's killing me. Half of my face is swollen, and every word seems to now have an "S" at the end.
Nonetheless, slay we must.

As much as I hate to admit it, I have been waiting for the “right time” to wear this jacket for months! I received this Alexander Wang x H&M Scuba Look top as a birthday gift from my younger brother—shoutout to the bro gawd!—back in November, and had yet to wear it, until this past weekend!
My friend and designer of Fide by Mel D. was participating in the Pink Carpet Affair fashion show in Harlem, NY, and as PR for the line, I was invited to attend and be backstage! It was also one of the coldest days ever, so I decided that it would be the perfect chance to debut the sweater.

Floppy hats are one of my favorite year-round accessories! They come in many sizes, colors and textures that make them appropriate through all the seasons. I love a good LARGE straw floppy hat in the summer (a MUST for vacations!) and a smaller wool floppy hat in the fall and winter.
In my humble opinion, there is nothing better than a floppy hat and leather. Nothing.
Unless you add leopard print and a brownie. Which, of course, I did. You're welcome. Read More
